Refund Policy

At Fine Wood Master, we take pride in crafting and delivering quality furniture. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items, sale products, or custom-made orders.

  • Furniture that has been used, altered, or assembled after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error.
